Refunds & Returns Policy
To be eligible for a refund or an exchange, the Muse Frame must be in the same condition that you received it, new and in working condition and have all of the original packaging materials and box it came in. Our products are inspected for quality several times before they are packaged, so in the rare case that the product arrives damaged due to shipping handlers, please reach out to us and we will solve the issue.

Once your Return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received and processed your returned item. Given that the Muse Frame adheres to the policies stated above, a refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. The original shipping costs will not be included in the refund that will be issued. Please also note that customs fees are not paid by Muse Frame.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will do our absolute best to make sure you are satisfied with this entire process.
