How to use your Muse Frame
Setup Guide for the 21", 22", 32", 33", 43" & 55" Muse Frames
Unboxing your Muse Frame
- Open your box, and unpack your beautiful new frame. Please check and make sure the delivery guys didn't damage the frame on the journey. If they did, please contact us.
- Once you have unpacked your frame and taken it all in, please attach the small wifi dongle to the back of the frame, you'll need this to connect the frame to the world wide web.
- Now, attach the power cord to the back of the frame and plug it in.
- Lastly, you will need some AAA batteries for your remote control. If you don't have any right now, you can also plug in a mouse into the back of the frame via the USB port, until you get some batteries for your remote.
On your Muse Frame
- Now that your frame is on, you want to connect your Muse Frame to WIFI. Use the white remote provided in your box to navigate to the WIFI App on the Muse Frame home screen and connect your Frame to WIFI. (By the way, there is button on the remote that looks like an arrow facing Northeast. If you ever click this, it will toggle your remote from acting as a remote, to a mouse curser)
- Once you've connected your frame to WIFI, click back on home on the remote to get back to the home screen.
Update your Frame!!
- We are constantly releasing new updates so there is a chance that your frame hasn't been updated with the lates features. First, make sure your mobile app is updated via the app store. Once you have connected to your Muse Frame via the mobile app, on your mobile app click your frame (the name of your frame is a button) select the control tab and click update!
How to Showcase Art
- To showcase your beloved NFT collection, use the white remote to select the Muse Frame App from the home screen on the frame (and follow the steps in the section below).
- If you want to showcase digital art via Sedition's library of over 5,000 pieces, use your white remote to select the Sedition application and follow the prompts to connect to your account. This is a paid subscription service, but if you would like to get a free trial to test the waters, please contact our team and we will look after you!
- If you want to showcase a video file on a seamless loop without connecting to the internet, upload the media to the frame via USB and select the looping media player on the home screen. This will loop your video beautifully without any interruption. You can also save this file (or any files) to your Muse Frame (so that you can disconnect your USB) as all of the frames have at least 16G of memory.
- If you would like to showcase an exhibition using any media type, we highly recommend using Zero Frame (www.zeroframe.art). To access Zero Frame on the Muse Frame, you will need to open up the web browser. To access this, please select the Settings tab on the home screen and then > Apps & Notifications > Google Chrome > Open.
Showcasing Art using Muse Frame App on your Mobile Device
- On your Muse Frame home screen, select the Muse Frame app using the white remote.
- Now, put down the white remote and grab your mobile device. Download the Muse Frame Mobile App from your App Store.
- Create an account and sign in.
- Click Gallery > Add art from Wallet or from Phone Library > Select your Wallet > Add your art to your Muse Gallery.
- On the Muse Mobile App - Go to your Dashboard (the M button on the Bottom) and click "Add Frame"
- Use the camera that pops up to scan the QR code on your Muse Frame to connect your mobile device to your Muse Frame, and give her a name.
- First thing is first, make sure your Muse is updated with the latest epic software update. To do this, go to your Dashboard, and click the name you have just given your frame (the green button) > Control Tab > Frame version. If the update button is Green, update that baby!
- Now click the Art tab, and add some stunning art to your Muse Frame.
Adjusting & Customising your Art
- To customise how you view your art, first you need to select the frame by clicking the name of the frame on the dashboard, which will open up the settings for the art on that frame. Adjust settings of Individual NFT's by clicking on the individual NFT in the Art Tab. You can choose to Show Information, Zoom in, Adjust to Frames Full Screen, Set Art Duration Time, or even Change Art Background Colour of individual NFT’s.
- Use the control tab to Adjust Brightness, Sound, and Manually Change Art by clicking the arrows. You can also update your Muse Frames hardware from this tab when a new update is released.
- Use the Settings Tab to update the Duration of all NFT’s. Changing duration in this setting will overrule the individual duration settings of each NFT duration you may have set in the art tab.
Installation & Mounting
These Muse Frames come with a universal rotatable wall mount. The wall mount has a built in level and screws to screw into the wall.
- There is one prominent screw which you will need to unscrew in order to disconnect the mount from the frame. Once you have unscrewed this screw, slide the mount off of the frame.
- Now, line the wall mount up on the wall which you would like to hang the Muse Frame. Get the level correct, and screw 6 screws into the 6 holes on the bracket.
- Once the mount is on the wall, any Muse Frame can sit on the mount and be easily changed from horizontal to vertical orientation.

- To go back at any time, swipe up on the bottom of the screen of the device to reveal the back arrow and home button.
- Once you've connected your frame to WIFI, swipe up and click back or home to get back to the home screen.

The 10" Muse Frame comes with a stand that displays the frame in either horizontal or portrait orientations. First undo the two screws that are in the back of the Muse Frame, attach the stand, and screw the screws back in. Don't tighten them too tight, so the stand can easily swivel.
